1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using DRIPX, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. DRIPX is operated by [Legal entity name], [registered address], [country].
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DRIPX. Accounts for users under 18 are private by default with restricted social and discovery features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create (photos, avatars, outfits, posts, comments). You grant DRIPX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process and display that content solely to operate and provide the service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that endangers minors. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or abuse the service, or use it to violate others’ rights.
5. Community & moderation
We use automated and manual moderation to keep DRIPX safe. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You can report content in the app.
6. Subscriptions (DRIPX+)
DRIPX+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. 7. Shopping links
Some pieces may include “where to buy” links. These may be affiliate links; purchases are made with third-party retailers under their own terms, and DRIPX is not responsible for those transactions.
8. Disclaimers & liability
DRIPX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DRIPX and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. 9. Termination
You may stop using DRIPX and delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
